MAGICAL INFORMATION: Very powerful in the Metaverse, can handle himself in a fight IRL; represents the Devil Arcana for his Fool!Goro's Fool's Journey; as the Black Mask of universe (called the "Blank Mask"), he has the ability to shapeshift in the Metaverse and his Persona Raoul can temporarily copy the strengths/weaknesses/abilities/etc of Shadows or other Personas

PERSONA DESCRIPTION(S): Raoul is able to shapeshift into whatever form Akira wants him to, and his true name and form are something only he and his Fool!Goro know; Raoul's default appearance is pretty much the canonical Arsene look, and he lets people think he has Arsene
OUT-OF-COMBAT ABILITIES: Can shapeshift and change his appearance to flawlessly convince other people, Cognitions, Shadows, etc. that he's someone else; has a good sense/grasp on his surroundings in cognitive realms, can manipulate cognition easily
METAVERSE APPEARANCE: Can shapeshift and change his appearance at will; generally his default Metaverse appearance looks like Joker's canon outfit, but with the details tweaked to suit the vision of rebellion of the person seeing him (different characters see him in slightly different outfits). "Blank Mask" moniker comes from his true mask, which looks like a flat, blank faceplate; those close enough to him (emotionally speaking) will be able to see that his mask is actually made of a mirror
